STURGIS NORTH™ is excited to announce, “ 2012 EARLY BIRD 3& 5 day EVENT PASS TICKETS ARE NOW ON SALE!”

Our first 4 Bands confirmed are: The Guess Who, Nick Gilder with Sweeney Todd & The Stampeders! “Sturgis North will feature local talent in the stellar list of Canadian Bands playing at the event this year,” says Ray Sasseville the
Producer of Sturgis North. “There are another 8 Classic Rock & Roll Bandsbeing added to the lineup over the next 6 weeks, at that time we will offer 1 day tickets for sale, so stay tuned! “
This year THE STURGIS NORTH™ 2012 EVENT is being held JULY 18 – 22, 2012, all on one site at the Vernon Motoplex Speedway http://www.motoplexspeedway.com/. Event camping is also at the Motoplex, “this consolidation is a huge improvement over last year’s event
because all vendors, entertainers and participants attending Sturgis North will gather together at this one large venue” says event organizers.
While enjoying the music playing, fans can cruise the large onsite trade show, get their body painted or just enjoy the bikes and some social camaraderie while soaking up the sun.Daily entertainment will include daring local stunt riders, rodeo bike games, show & shines and charity rides to other spectacular points of interest in the Okanagan of BC. The whole town of Sicamous is preparing to entertain us with the super popular big Burn-Out Competitionwhich was attended last year by over 5,000 Bikers. The Canadian Motorcycle Drag Racing Associationwill be hosting their Nitro & Race finals competition in Ashcroft again this year. We will have daily charity rides including the popular Poker Run and The Ride for Honor to support our military families & veterans again this year.
Vernon Tourism is excited to have this event in their town this year, the local pubs are getting ready and Hotels and Motels are booking up fast!
For those who wish to stay off site there will be daily shuttles from the major surrounding towns to the event grounds. The schedule & advance bus tickets will be available for purchase including an unlimited use bus pass!
